How can I return the product(s)?

Returns are no longer processed through our return centre. Instead, we ask customers to send us a manual email stating which products they wish to return.

We are confident in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them consistently for at least 21 days to fully benefit from Suprey. If you are still not satisfied after this period, you can return your products within the 90-day money-back guarantee window.

How to request a return?

Please send an email to our customer service and include:

  • Your order number

  • The products you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Our customer service team will review your request. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to return your order.

Which item(s) are non-refundable?

  • Shipping costs (if applicable)

  • Expedited processing fees

  • Consumable products such as gel pads, supplements, or similar items

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once you have returned the product(s) and they have been inspected by our team, we will send you an email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. It may take up to 5 business days for the money to be credited back to your account.

We will refund the full product price, excluding the value of any discounts and shipping costs (if applicable).

I received a defective item. What should I do?

If the purchased product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via email. Include a short description and a video/photo of the damaged or defective product. We will immediately send you a replacement.

To help us process your request faster, please follow these instructions when emailing our customer service:

  • State your order number

  • Include the first and last name used for the order

  • Provide a description and video/photo of what is damaged or defective

  • Include the email address used for the order
